Ferrell-Ross Roll Manufacturing operates a fully-stocked fleet of field service trucks to perform maintenance on your flaking and roller mills on-site. Many of our customers have spare rolls and bearing housings which allows us to recondition their rolls and equipment before they are needed which translates to a minimum of down-time for your scheduled or unscheduled equipment maintenance. Contact our Parts or Service Departments for a quote on new rolls and accessories to build your spare roll pair. Ferrell-Ross Roll Manufacturing also offers one-day roll service at our plant located in Hereford, Texas on any make and model flaking or cracking roll. Turnaround time depends on the condition of the rolls and the corrugation depth. In most cases, with an appointment, we can precision grind and re-corrugate your rolls in about eight hours.
